RESULT: A skimboard that more closely resembles a surfboard. Thicker, narrower, with more rocker, this design is loose and responsive. Excellent for steep beaches with thick, powerful shore break.

Combining modern wakeboard technology with MS - 1 theories.
RESULT: This design has a more symmetrical outline similar to a wakeboard. More volume and planing surface makes for longer rides and unidirectional maneuvers. Good for both steep and/or flatter beaches with waves breaking near to, or far from the shore.

This design incorporates MS - 1 technology with traditional skimboard theories.
RESULT: This skimboard has a more traditional looking outline. A wider nose and a flatter rocker create a large planing are great for flat beaches where distance and speed are needed. Also good for waves breaking farther from shore.

All "Maui Skimmers" skimboards are shaped from 1st quality Clark Foam surfboard blanks, glassed with multiple layers of fiberglass for strength.
All skimboards come with a channel bottom configuration, that "Maui Skimmers" has incorporated into all designs which "Maui Skimmers" has become known for.
